Lose one none-magic feat, this does not apply if you have no none-magic feats.
Lose 3 skill points, this could be all in one skill, or distributed among 2 different skills.
Lose all spells that are of a type different to your School Specialization. You can no longer learn spells that are not within your school specialization type.
